Financial Services/ESG Senior Consultant/Manager

Tasks

• Support and deliver change projects, ensuring its timely delivery within the budget
• Perform business analysis on operational processes and systems of financial institutions
• Proactively identify opportunities for improvement, both on assignment and for the development of the Reply team
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their unique needs and objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and excellence in service delivery
• Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, regulations and best practices to provide informed advice to clients and stakeholders
• Continuously develop expertise in solutions for financial services, through the opportunities provided by Reply and of your own initiative

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of professional experience working in the Banking industry
• Previous experience working on a change project
• Previous experience working on ESG topics and projects will be highly regarded
• Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
• Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch or French
• Previous experience designing solutions that are useable, valuable and viable for the client
• Ability to travel for client engagement and on-site activities within Belgium and across Europe
