Payroll Supervisor (200005Y7)
Job Purpose To manage and oversee the UK Payroll Services and related administration as well as HR Operational Support as required. Key Accountabilities Prepare, check and process monthly UK payroll, special payroll runs, and shadow payrolls Ensure all payroll reconciliations are completed in a timely manner, working closely with Finance and 3rd party providers (e.g. pension administrators) Manage and coordinate year-end processes and filings (e.g. P11Ds) Ensure accurate, timely data entry into all payroll/HR systems Ensure payments to Non-Executive Directors are processed and reconciled Lead on all UK payroll reporting (e.g. for finance, pension administr
