The Senior Relationship Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of processing clients in order to achieve revenue, client satisfaction and other targets.
This role represents a key relationship role and serves as the primary liaison point between the customer and the organization for assistance, queries, client servicing, resolutions, and relationship management.
Main activities include:
Building substantial and lasting revenue by generating relationships with banks and card schemes
Providing a high level of customer service customized to meet the needs of clients using specialist knowledge, skills and expertise
Identifying, initiating, establishing, and developing nurturing long lasting relationships
Configuring and addressing specific client needs
Job Requirements:
Education/Certifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Banking, Finance, or relevant field
Experience:
7+ years of experience in relationship management and client relations
Experience in technical operational support in the retail payments processing industry preferred
Experience in the markets assigned

Knowledge/Skills/Attributes:
Understanding of Retail payments processing industry
Technical background in the payment processing operations coupled with commercial skills
Understanding of Card Schemes regulations and products
Understanding of IT development is an advantage Â
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Fluency in both English and Arabic, both written and verbal
