Department Summary
Under the supervision of the CSRC Director, the LFL Director is responsible for a broad range of supervisory, initiative design, and implementation of programmatic activities to ensure that the Lab meets its intended impact and project goals. The Latina Futures 2050 Lab aims to: Increase knowledge and insight through applied policy research on the contours of the economic, political, and social lives of Latinas in the U.S. over the next several decades; Provide a Latina lens to policy challenges and opportunities to inform a robust policy-making audience in and beyond California; Increase the power and influence of Latinas across important democratic institutions, from state capitols to the ivory tower and corporate boardrooms, to improve governance and advance gender inclusion; and Evolve the California Latino Legislative Caucus' Unseen Latinas Initiative and Assembly Select Committee on Latina Inequities through the 2050 Lab with a direct feedback loop to the State of California. Salary & Compensation
*UCLA provides a full pay range. Actual salary offers consider factors, including budget, prior experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business considerations.
