Commercial Real Estate Asset Manager

Job Description Summary

Responsible to manage a portfolio of 50-65 commercial assets for an owner or client and fulfill the manager's obligations under the terms of the management agreement.

• Managing real estate assets to meet the investment objectives of clients
• Managing 3rd Party property managers
• Oversee the development of operating and capital budgets
• Develop leasing and sales strategies based on market and asset competitive variables
• Engage and manage leasing and sales brokers
• Communicate property performance and make recommendations to clients
• Understanding and manage investment risk factors

Monitor annual OCC and federal regulatory compliance issues e. g. inspections, appraisals and annual reviews

Job requires 10-15% travel requirements

Skills:

Excellent written and verbal and interpersonal skills

CCIM or CPM designation is preferable and a minimum of 5 years of asset management or property management experience

Must be proficient in analysis of discounted cash flows, IRR and Net Present Value.
