Our client, a specialist boutique Investment Bank in London, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join their team as an Originating MD for their M&A HealthTech team. The successful candidate will be responsible for originating new business opportunities within the sector.

Qualifications and Skills:

Experience:

- 12+ years of experience in technology and healthcare Investment Banking, coming from a boutique advisory or consultancy environment.
- Proven ability to originate deals independently with excellent deal sheet history.
- Experience/network in sectors outside of UK is a plus.
- Broad network across clients/PE funds/investors etc.
- Entrepreneurial and driven mindset and attitude.
- Experience in MedTech, Broader Healthcare, Digital Health, SaaS (not Biotech, Pharma).

Sector Expertise:

- Strong understanding of Healthcare/Medtech/Technology industry dynamics.
- Knowledgeable about technological advancements shaping the future landscape
