The Investment Manager (IM) acts as the clients' primary contact for all investment needs and discussions. Your role will be client facing and you will be responsible for helping to deliver the entire suite of Deutsche Bank Wealth Management solutions, from Discretionary and Advisory portfolio management, to Lending, Deposits, Capital Markets, Alternative Investments, and Wealth Planning. Leveraging the expertise of the Chief Investment Office (CIO) and Deutsche Bank product specialists, you will provide investment strategy insights, discuss market updates, create bespoke investment solutions, and deliver portfolio reviews.

Your key responsibilities
Primary or secondary contact point, internally/externally, for investment-related discussions covering the full breadth of Deutsche Bank Wealth Management solutions
Identify clients' needs, originate solutions, and increase wallet share to drive commercial objectives
Monitor clients' portfolios, provide rebalancing ideas, execute investment reviews, ensuring investments are constantly aligned with Deutsche Bank CIO's views and asset allocation
Assess clients' risk appetite, own suitability/appropriateness, and ensure portfolios are built and overseen accordingly
Ensure/document that investments/trades are fully aligned, applicable, and compliant with regulatory requirements and Deutsche Bank policies
Collaborate with Relationship Managers in their prospecting efforts through developing investment proposals and pitch collateral, driving investment pitches, and showcasing full suite of Deutsche Bank Wealth Management capabilities
Your skills and experience
Strong investment knowledge across all asset classes and a keen interest and awareness of global markets.
Confident in delivering a capital markets outlook and leading investment discussions in one-on-one meetings and small groups, both from an investment strategist's view, and a manager's view
Understanding of the regulatory framework Retail Distribution Review (RDR), Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID II) and the United Kingdom (UK) tax treatment of financial assets, with awareness of UK Resident non-Domiciled (RND) tax rules/remittance basis planning
Working towards or completion of RDR Level 4 qualification (Level 6 preferred)
Enthusiastic team player, excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
