Your key responsibilities:
Pricing and trading products including Foreign Exchange, Precious Metals, Fixed Income and Derivatives across G10 & EM.
Leverage knowledge of Deutsche Bank's eCommerce product and trading relationships to provide clients with bespoke workflow solution to meet their needs in order to gain wallet share and relevance.
Present investment ideas and opportunities to Global Asset Managers, Hedge Funds, Central Banks and other Institutional clients
Work closely with the trading team across Spot, Forward, Options, Segregated Execution on optimization and analysis of client flows.
Perform regular client reviews and visits with pro-active follow up.
Liaise with our counterparts in Legal, KYC and credit with onboarding new relationships
Your skills and experience:
Minimum 5 years experience working in a similar role with track record of developing and fostering FX relationships in Tier 1 Investment Bank
Existing relationships with Institutional client base
Extensive knowledge of the Fx, Rates, Commodities & Fixed Income market and including skills in structured products.
Focused on deliverables and willing to put in required sales effort to help desk grow the flow business.
Good local market knowledge
A sense of how macroeconomic developments, be they slow moving or instantaneous, could be beneficial for the largest sophisticated investors
Entrepreneurial skills to prioritize resources to maximize outcome and value for client
Comfortable in a dynamic and fast paced environment
Able to demonstrate the ability to navigate complex organizations
Derivative and Workflow Solutions knowledge are preferable
Advanced with respect to quantitative skills and have the ability to interpret business and economic data and assess the implications of both with regards to client requirements
Driven and dedicated to help the team succeed
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to interact and engage with regional/global teams
