The successful candidate will work on French linked transactions across all FIG verticals as well as support wider UK and European mandates.

Core responsibilities:

â?¢ Executing mid-market and large cap FIG transactions within the context of deal teams

â?¢ Creation and preparation of client presentations in support of new business development and transaction execution

â?¢ Coordinating and performing business due diligence, valuation etc

â?¢ Preparation of confidential memoranda, management presentations, marketing pitches, and other presentations

â?¢ Involvement in building relationships and maintaining direct contact with current and prospective clients

â?¢ Providing guidance, mentorship, and training to Analysts

 

The ideal candidate would possess the following qualities and background:

â?¢ Specialist FIG investment banking experience

â?¢ Bilingual French/English

â?¢ Assist in leading discussions with senior client executives and target management

â?¢ Assist in initiating and extending group marketing and client development efforts

â?¢ Ability to grow our business and act entrepreneurially
