An exciting opportunity has become available for a Software Developer to join the Consulting Asset team to support in building Generative AI concepts to enhance current client-facing products and streamline internal company processes.
What will your typical day look like?
Your day-to-day will be diverse but richly rewarding. You may expect to:
Design, write, anayse, optimise, test, maintain and debug software code
Translate user requirements into technical specifications
Log the process of software development, and any changes or improvements made
Take an active role in collaborating and communicating with team members, and monitor activities and deliverables within given timeframes
Onboard and support developers from other teams to develop solutions for our team's code repository

The Consulting Enabling Functions Team is focused harnessing the power of Generative AI to change the way we work. We design, develop assets and scale these into solutions to streamline our processes.
Enough about us, let's talk about you.
You are a software developer who is passionate about driving excellence whilst going deep into specific requirements but also having the ability to look at things from an end to end strategic perspective. You have worked and are able to engage with senior leaders within the business.
You may have all or some of the following skills/experiences:
Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt communication styles to stakeholders.
Understanding of differing operational areas within a consulting business
An aptitude and desire to learn new competencies and skills.
Ability to deliver quality work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines.

The minimum salary requirement for this role is $83,000 inclusive of the minimum superannuation contribution.
