Job Purpose:

The Senior Relationship Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of processing clients in order to achieve revenue, client satisfaction and other targets.

This role represents a key relationship role and serves as the primary liaison point between the customer and the organization for assistance, queries, client servicing, resolutions, and relationship management.

Main activities include:

• Building substantial and lasting revenue by generating relationships with banks and card schemes
• Providing a high level of customer service customized to meet the needs of clients using specialist knowledge, skills and expertise
• Identifying, initiating, establishing, and developing nurturing long lasting relationships
• Configuring and addressing specific client needs

Job Requirements:

Education/Certifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Banking, Finance, or relevant field

Experience:

• 7+ years of experience in relationship management and client relations
• Experience in technical operational support in the retail payments processing industry preferred
• Experience in the markets assigned

 

Knowledge/Skills/Attributes:

• Understanding of Retail payments processing industry
• Technical background in the payment processing operations coupled with commercial skills
• Understanding of Card Schemes regulations and products
• Understanding of IT development is an advantage  
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Fluency in both English and Arabic, both written and verbal
