As a cross-asset quantitative researcher, you will join the award-winning Quantitative Investment Solutions (QIS) Research team at Deutsche Bank in London.
Your output will be presented in research reports, presentations, webinars, and roadshows. The alphas you develop will also be implemented as investable indices, which requires interacting with different implementation teams.

Your key responsibilities
Conduct independent, innovative quantitative research across asset classes, focusing on options markets and capturing alpha opportunities
Develop and implement systematic trading strategies based on research insights, primarily focusing on options markets
Support, monitor and explain the performance of a suite of factor strategies across diverse asset classes to internal and external clients
Evaluate and onboard new datasets (including alternative data and economic indicators) to improve strategy signals across asset classes
Your skills and experience
Experience in quantitative finance, conducting research and developing systematic trading strategies across asset classes
Experience in other quant disciplines such as cash equities, Control Testing & Assurance markets, portfolio construction, and risk models would be advantageous
Strong Python programming abilities, including pandas, NumPy, and financial data analysis packages
Experience working with various financial datasets and conducting independent, original research
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with strong problem-solving abilities
Highly motivated and organised, with exceptional attention to detail
