Looking for a Tax Manager to join a well known, global asset management business in London. This is a newly created role to work alongside a well established team of tax professionals. This individual will be required to oversee the groups UK and International compliance obligations.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Review of corporation tax returns
- Manage tax filing requirements across locations
- Management of tax payments including withholding tax and employment taxes
- Assist in the preparation of TP documentation and reporting under CBCR, FATCA and CRS.
- Monitor international tax developments and changes in regulations
Qualifications:
- Corporation Tax compliance and reporting experience
- ACA/ CTA or equivalent
