Description The Systems Engineer III - Application Support - supports the enterprise applications at CME Group, primarily in the areas of clearing, referential and regulatory applications in the customer facing environments. Troubleshoots known and new issues, determines the root cause, provides solutions and takes initiative to resolve it. Verifies implementation and make adjustments as necessary, documents the solution and provides clarification and support to others. Responsibilities: Provide Level 2 Application Support Troubleshoot an incident and take that to closure. Engage Dev/L3 team as needed and share initial findings and details with stakeholders.
