About the role:

Manage development regulations, building approvals, and FAR/FSI requirements.

Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and certify bills.

Conduct site visits, track progress, and summarize findings.

Review and report on safety and quality management.

Review contracts and monitor procurement processes.

About you:

Post Graduation in Civil engineering, Architecture with minimum 2 years of experience in site management.

Strong skills in reviewing and reporting on safety and quality management practices.

Experience in reviewing contracts, monitoring procurement, and ensuring compliance.

Strong coordination abilities with consultants and other stakeholders, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Up-to-date knowledge of construction technology and real estate industry trends.
