We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable CE Adjunct Instructor to join our continuing education team. This position involves teaching licensed real estate professionals, focusing on state-specific laws, market trends, ethical practices, and professional development. The idea candidate will posses real-world real estate experience, excellent communication skills, and passion for fostering growth in others.
Develop and deliver continuing education courses that meet Iowa Real Estate commission requirements.
Update course materials to reflect current laws, regulations, market trends, and industry standards.
Utilize engaging and interactive teaching methods to enhance learning outcomes.
Conduct in-person and online classes for licensed real estate agents and brokers
Tailor course delivery to meet the diverse needs of adult learners with varying levels of experience
Encourage discussions and real-world application of course topics.
Ensure all course content aligns with Iowa's real estate licensing and continuing education standards.
Stay informed about changes in Iowa real estate law, market conditions and licensing requirements.
Attend industry conferences and training sessions to maintain expertise in the field
Active Iowa real estate license required (broker license preferred)
Must meet the Iowa Real Estate Commission's requirements to serve as an instructor
Prior teaching, training, or public speaking experience preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with educational technologies and online learning platforms.
Familiarity with continuing education requirements for Iowa real estate professionals
