Primarily concentrate on Tennessee, Georgia, and Alabama but with long term goal of operating in other key areas of the Southeast and beyond if personal growth warrants such.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Build new relationships in key real estate market segments (e.g., Hospitality, Retail, Office, Multi Family, Construction, Development etc.).
Tend to previous and current client relationships to spread the word with their networks of friends and family.
Establish a presence and visibility in the local business community (i.e., Chamber of Commerce, trade organizations, networking events, etc.).
Educate the business community on who our client is and what they do and that public adjusters (our niche) is a viable option/value-add for their firm.
Coordinate and facilitate introductions for sales team and sell services directly.
Following training, licensing, and a pertinent disaster:
Offer to review policy for the client.
Put together a game plan and talking points on where our firms value add would be most apparent.
Work to nurture and grow the relationships we already have in area and beyond.
