Corporate Bank Phoenix
Within the Corporate Bank Germany, the Phoenix Program is established to focus on the 2029 target operating model, business and required technical architecture to enable a new level of efficiency and quality of customer experience.
Through the Phoenix Program our target is to redesign our processes to make efficiency gains and therefore reduce our cost-to-service. At the same time, we want a first-class customer experience throughout the entire client lifecycle, starting with onboarding, which will allow us to make better use of our clients' wallets in the long term. We aim to increase scalability through a globally consistent, modern tech and data platform.

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer (f/m/x) Phoenix Process you will be part of our process automation squads.

Your key responsibilities
You design, develop and document microservice-based & Cloud-native application components which fulfil business requirements as well as technical requirements like observability, scalability, and stability/resilience.
You write clear, maintainable, and reusable code and take part in code reviews to ensure that features are developed at high quality standards.
You participate in and actively contribute to technical discussions and architecture decisions within the team.
You are working in a cross disciplined agile team with shared responsibility and high autonomy and actively engage in the engineering community, share your knowledge and build up a solid network.
Your skills and experiences
University degree with technological or scientific focus or equivalent working experience.
Several years of experience in full stack development of robust and reusable code, especially experience with Java, JavaScript (including Node.js framework), Angular JS, Spring framework, APIs (RESTful services), databases, Camunda
Practical experience with DevOps tools like OpenShift, TeamCity and cloud-based environments (ideally Google Cloud Platform).
You can execute the full SDLC, write good, reusable, testable and maintainable code and you are familiar with agile work.
You are willing to help mentoring junior engineers.
You are a good team player who likes to share content and best practices, have good communication skills and can communicate fluently in English. German is a Plus.
