Corporate Bank Phoenix
Within the Corporate Bank Germany, the Phoenix Program is established to focus on the 2029 target operating model, business and required technical architecture to enable a new level of efficiency and quality of customer experience.
Through the Phoenix Program our target is to redesign our processes to make efficiency gains and therefore reduce our cost-to-service. At the same time, we want a first-class customer experience throughout the entire client lifecycle, starting with onboarding, which will allow us to make better use of our clients' wallets in the long term. We aim to increase scalability through a globally consistent, modern tech and data platform.
In Phoenix Corporate Bank's business and DB technology staff work integrated in agile teams what provides engineers a unique opportunity to apply latest technology while learning about the products and processes of the bank.
As a Senior DevOps Engineer (f/m/x) you will work closely with production teams removing toiling activities/implementing automatization and with the squads acting as a JAVA backend developer implementing feature, based on state-of-the-art technologies.

Your key responsibilities
Build/Manage continuous integration (CI) and continuous deployment (CD) pipelines for both digital and non-digital projects.
Work closely with development team and release managers to deploy components for multiple releases in multiple environments.
Work closely with operator team support and driving Infrastructure issues. Part of the MIM call in case of critical incidents.
Hands on experience building on premise, hybrid and/or cloud infrastructure; Especial managing and driving Infrastructure (PAAS Deutsche Bank, e.g.) related issues
Develop and recommend appropriate solutions and services that meet client needs and provide value
Your skills and experiences
Proactive personality coupled with strong technical/problem solving capabilities with an ability to quickly adapt to new environments/technologies and provide long term solutions
Hands-on experience in programming languages and tools, esp. JAVA, web services (RESTful services), databases (Relational DBs and No-SQL)
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
Experience in developing and maintaining automated CI/CD pipelines.
Hands-on experience with Cloud tech (GCP, Docker Container orchestration such OpenShift, Kubernetes)
