Morgan McKinley is excited to be partnering with a well-known Organisation in the Financial Services sector to recruit a Senior Strategy Manager!
The role will assist the Strategy team provide business insight and direction on the strategic issues facing business; undertake analysis and research supporting the organisation's strategy initiatives; support business planning; support development of presentation materials and papers.
Your responsibilities within the Strategy team will include;
Adhering to the Code of Conduct.
Driving key strategic projects and business initiatives to deliver to the organisation's strategy.
Preparation of presentations and papers for the Board and Leadership Team
Supporting organic and inorganic growth initiatives
Lead input and analysis for the Business Plan and annual Business Performance Review.
Distilling strategic insights from industry syndicated research, industry papers, and analyst reports to stakeholders.
Deliver stand-alone strategic problem solving on prioritised business programs.
Develop strong working relationships with key related teams
Candidate Characteristics:
Financial services and Wealth Management experience
2 or more years of strategy experience
Risk mindset
Strong practical problem solving through the application of strategic models and frameworks
Analytical mindset
Excellent attention to detail
Strong networking and influencing skills
