Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support the organization's needs and ensure compliance with labor legislation.
Provide end-to-end HR solutions and support organizational growth, including managing change initiatives and organization transformation projects.
Contribute to the design of organizational structures, competencies, resources, and processes that align with business challenges and objectives.
Execute talent strategies to build strong leadership and expert pipelines, and develop comprehensive talent development plans.
Collaborate with stakeholders to drive workforce planning, budgeting, and monitor labor costs to enhance productivity.
Promote company values and create an engaging work environment through various internal communication channels and activities.
Monitor and guide the direction of key performance indicators (KPIs) such as SPS HR item, NPV ratio, OT, Turnover rate, Learning Index, Talent Readiness, Gender balance, and Employee Engagement.
Manage employee relations issues, labor relations, and legal aspects for the company, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Lead the HR and Admin team, overseeing modules such as Performance Management, Learning and Development, Compensation and Benefits, Recruitment, Employee Relations, and HR Operations.
Manage administrative functions including car, canteen, dormitory, security, and cleaning management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business or HR Management required; MBA preferred.
Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience in various roles, including 1-2 years as a Business HR&ADM Manager or Business Partner.
Strong knowledge of HR interventions and proven experience in delivering improved business results. Familiarity with manufacturing environments and processes is essential.
Excellent customer focus and ability to build productive relationships at all levels of the organization.
In-depth understanding of labor legislation and its practical application.
Exceptional coordination and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in Mandarin and English; familiarity with Cantonese is preferred.
