To perform in depth investment analysis, market research, deal structuring, evaluate proposed deal terms, risk assessments on investment opportunities
Liaise with legal counsel and other departments to complete with sound diligence processes and procedures
Maintain oversight of portfolio performance to achieve performance targets and enable regular reporting as required
Monitor and analyze capital market dynamics, economic trends, industry outlooks and develop actionable insights and recommendations, via understanding of the business model and the information available for analysis
Requirements:
Degree or above in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years of solid experiences in finance / banking or non-banking field with sound knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and industry trends
Able to work independently and willingness to continuously learn and adapt
Self-motivated, able to prioritize and navigate in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
Demonstrate excellent verbal (mandarin is an advantage) and written communication skills (both English and Chinese), organizational ability, analytical skills, strong interpersonal skills, and a flexible work attitude
Excellent skills in quantitative analysis and financial modeling
Able to take a flexible and creative approach to structuring private debt and equity investments
Possess professional qualifications of CPA is an advantage
Strong capital market knowledge with investment banking experience is an advantage
Experience in fixed income and equity trading is an advantage
Experience in fund formation is an advantage
Proficiency in computer applications such as Bloomberg, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
