Role Description:

Our client is seeking a full-time Quantitative Researcher to join our team on-site. The primary responsibilities of the Quantitative Researcher include conducting research, creating and testing trading strategies, developing and maintaining quantitative models, and collaborating with colleagues in the trading team.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

• A solid background in Statistics, Mathematics, and analytical skills.
• Previous experience in Quantitative Research and Investing.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, and R.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage priorities effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Familiarity with financial markets is advantageous.
• A Master's degree or PhD in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or Computer Science is preferred.
