Within SSGA Investment Operations the Client Implementation team is responsible for handling events such as Market and FX Credit lines opening, Restricted List and Fee schedules processing and Dormant accounts closures. The Client Implementation team within SSGA Poland is an extension to the SSGA Client Implementation team globally (London, Dublin, Bangalore, Boston). Team consists of 4 professionals.
The Functions of the role include:
Manage the coordination and implementation of Restricted Lists, Fee changes and Dormant Account closures.
Update and completion of event checklists, information packs and administration for each event, ensuring adherence to procedures.
Provide operational support for more complex implementation events such as new Client Onboardings.
Maintaining the highest standards of conduct and integrity within the business and ensuring compliance with industry practice, company policies, statute and regulatory requirements in all matters.
Attending internal and external meetings as required.
