Our client, a renowned financial institution, is looking for a Senior IAM Specialist (VP) to join their team here in Singapore. The Senior IAM Specialist (VP) will be supporting the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of the organization's Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems and processes. This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure secure access to our systems and applications while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day administration of IAM products and platforms, including but not limited to SailPoint, Okta, or CyberArk. This involves:
Managing user accounts, roles, and permissions within IAM systems, ensuring proper segregation of duties and adherence to least privilege principles.
Configuring and maintaining authentication mechanisms such as Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and biometric authentication.
Monitoring system health and performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing corrective actions as needed to ensure optimal operation.
Conducting regular system maintenance activities, including software updates, patches, and upgrades, to address security vulnerabilities and improve functionality.
Collaborating with IT teams to integrate IAM products with other systems and applications, such as Active Directory, HR systems, and cloud services, to ensure seamless access management across the organization.
Handle access requests from users, review access rights, and facilitate approvals in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Participate in access reviews and audits to ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
Maintain accurate documentation of IAM processes, procedures, and configurations, and generate reports on IAM activities and performance metrics.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
10+ years of experience in identity and access management, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
Familiarity with IAM concepts, principles, and technologies, including user provisioning, access control, and identity governance.
Experience with IAM systems such as Oracle Identity Manager, SailPoint, Okta, or CyberArk is a plus.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements such as MAS TRM
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
