Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to presenting qualified candidates to clients.
Client Relationships: Build and nurture relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
Candidate Engagement: Engage with candidates, providing guidance, coaching, and support throughout the hiring process.
Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to advise clients and candidates effectively.
Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed performance targets, contributing to the company's growth and success.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues to share market insights, best practices, and enhance overall team performance.
You're who we're looking for if you have:
Bachelor's Degree or related experience
A track record of a solid work ethic
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proactive and results-oriented mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and sales driven environment
