About the role
The Strategy and Perofrmance Consultant reports into the Director, Strategy Delivery and Impact and works as part of a team in the analysis, development and delivery of strategy and strategic initiatives. Specifically, you will:
Structure problems and define the plans of action to solve those problems
Own and drive key relationships with senior stakeholders across the business
Own critical strategy projects and topics, leading the end-to-end thinking and facilitate decision making
Prepare presentations, plans and reports to support identification and development of core and growth opportunities
Provide analytical and project management support for core and growth strategic projects as required
Develop financial models to support business decisions and valuations.
About your experience
Our ideal candidate has relevant experience gained in strategy consultancy:
Tertiary qualifications in finance, business/commerce, economics or similar
Demonstrated experience and knowledge of strategic problem solving and frameworks
Strong oral and written communication, interpersonal skills and influencing ability at all levels
Strong business case, reporting writing and presentation skills.
