Your key responsibilities:
Originate deal flow in collaboration with coverage teams and provide financing solutions for corporate & institutional clients and UHNW clients
Understand and provide a wide range of loans and structured credit products to institutional clients including bilateral & syndicated loans, leveraged finance, project finance, structured credit, pre-IPO financing, mezzanine loans, share financing and asset-based financing
Formulate the growth strategy for the business by identifying target sectors, industries, clients and transaction structures
Perform credit analysis of credit investments and identify business risks and mitigants as well as providing investment recommendations to the management of the group and internal credit committee
Ensure that positions are sized appropriately, taking into consideration of overall risks of these assets, market volatility, liquidity, size of the book and revenue and return targets, take profit / stop-loss levels
Optimize the size and return of the overall portfolio through primary syndication and secondary sell down of individual positions
Manage and monitor the overall loan portfolio with appropriate rating distribution and industry diversification
Foster a control culture and ensure the team to comply with Deutsche Bank's Code of Conduct, internal policies and procedures as well as global / local laws and regulations and to speak up and escalate any concern or issues immediately
Role is required to be performed primarily on-site at the International Commerce Centre. Relevant health and safety requirements may apply.
Your skills and experience:
At least 10 years of experience in a credit role such as Credit Trading, Desk Analyst, Credit Research, Financing desk of banks, leverage finance etc.
Hands on experience in origination and/or trading either on the buy side or sell side
Demonstrated experience in leading a team in providing financing solutions for corporate & institutional clients and UHNW clients
Exceptional analytical and negotiation skills.
