Your key responsibilities:
To originate strong advisory relationships leading to Capital Markets and M&A mandates with a focus in a particular sector/country coverage
Due diligence of clients and markets
Deal documentation and internal approvals
Leading client marketing efforts, including preparation of client advisory presentations and pitches
To cross-sell across various corporate and investment banking products
Driving execution related matters for mandated transactions in an efficient manner
Attending client meetings independently
Role is required to be performed on-site at One Raffles Quay office. Relevant vaccination requirement may apply.
Your skills and experience:
At least 5 years of relevant Corporate Finance experience
Candidate needs to be fluent in English and Mandarin
Highly motivated and self-driven with a proven ability to multi task across clients, projects and geographies
Strong and proven track record of deal origination
Excellent client relationships at CFO/CEO/Board level
Strong quantitative skills including extensive experience with financial models and valuation techniques
Strong communication skills and ability to manage demanding clients
