Key R esponsibilities
â?¢ Handle equity and fixed income settlements in HK equity, China A stock Connect, CMU and Bond Connect market
â?¢ Investigate and resolve settlement exceptions
â?¢ Perform reconciliation to ensure firm books and records match with external banks and central depository's record
â?¢ Communicate with counterparty (broker and custodian) to resolve settlement issue
â?¢ Handle physical certificate deposit or withdrawal request
â?¢ Process ADR conversion, cross board conversions, etc
â?¢ Follow up on IPO syndicate deals, EIPO subscription and corresponding settlement
â?¢ Work on Process Improvement

Qualifications, Skills & Requirements
â?¢ Bachelors degree
â?¢ Self-motivated, lead by example, work with drive and determination
â?¢ Product and operational knowledge / experience in Hong Kong cash equities is preferred
â?¢ Strong risk awareness, ability to identify the issue, question the process and escalate properly
â?¢ Strong communication skills, be able to interact and communicate effectively both internally and externally, including business unit, Exchange and senior management teams
â?¢ Be able to handle multi-tasks under pressure
