• Ensure product maintenance occurs across key documents (service level agreement, service level definition)
• Own process to approve product in additional markets
• Support validation if new requirements to asses if they should form part of the product offering
• Escalate to product head for key product decisions
• Represent product in programme governance  meetings
• Maintain commercial aspects of the product and how they integrate into existing Banksâ??s functions (billing, legal , compliance etc )
• Support prioritisation across the programme and feed decisions into product lead
