I'm currently representing a tier-1 Chinese securities firm looking to expand their business within the region by adding a seasoned professional who can identify opportunities in offshore financing.

Responsibilities:

• Lead origination activities by developing and maintaining new and existing relationships with corporate clients across Greater China
• Partner closely with internal stakeholders on execution activities
• Lead negotiation and review of legal documentation while liaising with internal and external stakeholders
• Identify offshore financing opportunities and give solutions using JPY/CNH/USD

Requirements:

• Strong experience with proven track record of originating offshore financing, M&A, or private credit transactions
• Solid education background attained from reputable institutions
• Extensive network with Greater China based private owned enterprises
• Proficiency in both verbal and written Mandarin and English
