• Identifying, defining and implementing strategic choices for changing or improving the direction of Finance
• Helping our clients apply advanced data science to derive high impact insights from their data to drive top and bottom line growth
• Designing modernized operating models with the necessary foundational processes to allow businesses to focus on their strategic competencies and thrive
• Serving CFOâ??s and their staff by improving finance business partnering & process transformation, FP&A, enterprise performance management, costing & profitability, and advanced statistical forecasting through implementing associated technologies and asset based solutions
• Focusing on the efficiency and effectiveness of finance operations such as Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Close Consolidate and Report
• Advising and supporting clients with merger, acquisition, and divestiture activity, with a specialized focus on supporting the CFO throughout the entire M&A lifecycle

Work you'll do

 

• Drive insight-infused discussions to enable clients to best develop and execute against their finance strategy
• Apply an in-depth knowledge of finance organizational structures, operating models and processes to analyze, assess and improve clientâ??s finance functions
• Define and implement end-to-end, integrated performance management solutions that improve the clientâ??s ability to optimize reporting strategies and processes, establish effective KPIs, and enhance planning/budgeting/forecasting capabilities
• Develop relationships, establish credibility with and instill confidence in clients, Leverage cross-geography insights and practitioners to enhance client service delivery
• Articulate how technology enables and differentiates the business and communicate this effectively to clients

• Influences clients, teams, and individuals positively, leading by example and establishing confident relationships with increasingly senior people

We are looking for someone with

 

• Ability to leverage specialized finance business knowledge to make recommendations that enable clientâ??s strategic agenda
• Ability to apply expert knowledge for revamping the finance function and deliver the finance / business strategy that further informs the business case for client in alignment with client's business strategy
• Bachelor degree or above in finance, accounting, financial engineering, management, related disciplines
• Minimum 6 years of experience in global consulting firm with a focus on the Business Model Transformation, Finance or Service Operations 
• Solid project delivery experience; having successfully managed or led complex, multi-function/multi-stakeholder projects in a large corporate environment
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with high commitment to quality client service 
• Strong track-record in effectively developing market credibility in a timely manner
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the capacity to motivate and lead a team with enthusiasm, drive and effectiveness
• Outgoing character. Strong sense in business development is required. Proven track record in business development activities is a definite advantage 
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Consultant
