Responsibilities:

• Proactive Support to the CEO
• Managing the CEOâ??s daily schedule, including vetting, prioritizing, and providing recommendations.
• Short-term and long-term project management for the CEO.
• Managing, facilitating and scheduling fundraising and M&A conversations.
• Assist CEO in investor relations, including drafting monthly investor updates, articulating key company strategies and financial results.
• Assist CEO in conducting town hall meetings, facilitate management and strategy meetings.
• Assist CEO in formulating strategic OKRs by understanding key issues and constraints within the company.
• Make data driven recommendations to CEO to improve processes and gaps.

 

You Bring to the Table:

• 1-4 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Junior Chief-of-staff or in a similar role working with senior executives.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Tech Proficiency: High proficiency in collaborative software, Microsoft Office/G Suite, and a readiness to embrace new tools.
