The Ops Support team focusses on resolution of issues raised by the Operations users. These issues can be related to user knowledge, application issues, or complex issues requiring vendor engagement. There are also requests for application maintenance and setups. The process of resolving issues requires strong problem solving, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
The main responsibilities for this role include:
To utilise technical and analytical skills
To work in partnership with the business to ensure timely issue resolution
Provide support to the Funds Administration business and liaise with the application vendors and technology on their behalf
Test vendor/application solutions
To successfully manage and co-ordinate any parameter changes within the applications
Liaise with our virtual teams
Understand the business, our operating model and service offering and the importance of Service Level Agreements.
Know and engage all relevant stakeholders when necessary
Have an acute awareness of risk and continually seek to improve and tighten controls
To successfully manage work allocated
Monitoring of deliveries to clients
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and ensure timely escalation of issues is adhered too.

Qualifications:
Experience with fund accounting within financial services
Ideally Chartered Accountant/CFA/MBA
Previous supervisory experience
Demonstrated leadership and project management skills
Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
Demonstrated Subject Matter Expert (SME) knowledge in related area
