Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end delivery of programs/initiatives which include defining objectives & outcomes, proposing approach and establishing process and governance framework.
Track initiative/program status and provide progress updates into the governance meetings with stakeholders. Highlight risks and issues. if any.
Partner Learning & Development team and Tech SMEs to drive tech competency across Tech teams, ensure fit for role.
Collaborate widely with RMG, EASRE and Tech teams to strengthen tech risk culture, embed risk mindset and behaviours.
Support Genesis Project which enable Platforms to seamlessly Plan, Track and Adapt their resource allocation, provide technology spend transparency.
On consequence management, consolidate the list of breaches and/or incidents on a quarterly basis to highlight hotspots and key themes, skill deficiency at Tech EXCO for management oversight and intervention, if required.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree with at least 10 years of experience preferably with exposure in Banking and Finance industry and in Tecnhnology environment.
Self-driven, resourceful and able to multi-task.
Detailed and meticulous with strong data analytical and problem solving skills.
Able to influence decision-making through clear storytelling; simplify complex concepts and deliver the ideas in a clear and concise manner.
IT savvy, proficient in MS Excel and Power point skills.
