You Will:

• Support the project and program manager in the preparation of materials.
• Arrange and lead workstream update meetings.
• Provide ad hoc data analysis.
• Leverage your analytical skill set to deliver on time and work in collaboration with a global team on day to day tasks and strategic initiatives.
• Grow your understanding of the ever changing market landscape and how it impacts their processes.
• Support integration related activities.

Your Skills/Experience:

• Project experience, managing projects or PMO in large change programs within financial services.
• Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to quickly build relationships across stakeholder groups.
• Able to think creatively, flexibly and logically to solve problems.
• Keen to understand big finance related data.
• Ability to prioritize work based on internal and external deadlines.
• Drive and build synergies across multiple organizational units.
• Great attention to detail in relation on action tracking / stakeholder updates.
