You will oversee and run deals, managing juniors and working directly with MDs and Directors.  You will be firmly involved in client engagements.

 

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Senior team on pitches, strategic advice, IMs, business development etc and the management of client deliverables and analysis - to include integrated financial models, financial analyses and business valuations (DCF, Trading and Transaction Comparables)
• Increasing business development engagement 
• Manage and mentor juniors 

Skills and experience required:

• Strong education and displaying high academic achievement
• Strong background in Tech/TMT M&A and deals to illustrate your expertise
• You will either be from the M&A division of a bank or recognised boutique
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Team player
