Lead engagement with Snr stakeholders across all business lines to determine the inputs to a major technology deal
Cloud Solutions and Fin Ops: Leverage experience of cloud and finops best practice to challenge and support engagement with internal application teams, architects and 3rd parties to drive optimum deal outcomes.Â
Data Governance and Management: Design, establish and enforce data governance policies and procedures to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance.
Team Leadership: Provide strong leadership and mentorship to the technology delivery team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Communication: Ability to engage and lead conversations with the most senior of technology, finance and business line leaders
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, to understand requirements, communicate progress, and address concerns effectively.
Qualifications required:
Proven experience in a leadership role overseeing technology delivery and or infrastructure / Architecture management within Financial Services
Strong technical background with expertise in infrastructure, cloud technologies, and data management principles.
Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships across departments and external partners.
Demonstrated experience in managing technology budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships.
