European Client Onboarding, Assistant Vice President Permanent Contract
Your Role
We are looking for an European Client Onboarding specialist, AVP level, to join our New Business team. You will be responsible for managing various aspects of the overall onboarding projects and will support the initiatives assigned to the Team. You will be assigned specific projects and the content/objectives will be determined by the overall business priorities at any given time. In addition, the AVP, in charge of completing Conversion In, Launches and deconversion of client Funds, is recognized as a Subject Matter Expert by reviewing the specificities of the products, matching them with the operating model supported through our technical platforms, coordinating the effort between the operational and technical teams to ensure successful completion of the project in the agreed time line.
Your Profile
Experience in Transfer Agency services is a must ; at least 10 years of experience is required.
In-depth knowledge of tools and techniques to define, track and report deliverables . Experience with Microsoft Project plan is desirable
Ability to define a project budget, track project spend and forecast cost at completion is an asset
Strong analytical and presentation skills: Being able to provide overview of complex scenario in a simple , structure and concise way .
Strong issue resolution skills with a focus on risk controls and client focus
Team player with ability to evidence leadership, credibility, and build consensus (Extensive work experience in a similar AVP role)
Ability to engage internal stakeholders across different functional departments, high level of confidence interacting with senior business professionals
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high accuracy and quality standards, analytical and process/numeracy thinking skills
Fluent in English (written & oral) - additional Languages (e.g. French, German, Italian and/or Spanish) are considered as an advantage
Your Team
This individual will be part of the New Business Implementation Team responsible for new client launches and conversions. You'll be directly reporting into a Line Manager.
Your Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day execution of assigned projects from NBIT pipeline;
Create & execute project plan, revise as appropriate to meet changing needs & requirements;
Manage project budget and create and manage project documentation and checklists
Ensure the projects logs are kept up to date;
Resolve and escalate issues in a timely fashion;
Effectively communicate progress and escalations to superiors & Operations;
Assist the Client with drafting Future Operating Model and ensure that analysis of the existing model are completed on time and all gaps have been identified;
Review and analyze existing Fund documentation and if needed drive the change process accordingly;
Ensure a proper update of all requirements, developments and / or Day 2 requirements via BCRs, logs and matrixes;
Ensure TA system and any surrounding technology are properly updated and readiness received from all the stakeholders;
Monitor and prepare the Runbook activities and/or Business transition documentation accordingly;
Drive the process for all stakeholders involved in the process including 3rd party providers;
Continue ongoing support for the OPS Teams for any assign project
