The role: MI Compliance Summer Intern
The Team:
The position supports S&P Global Market Intelligence Compliance, which is responsible for providing advisory services to the business, managing conflicts of interest, managing sanctions related inquiries, and overseeing the update and development of S&P Global MI policies, among other things.

The Summer 2024 Internship Program will provide you with a variety of experiences to help you identify your strengths, develop highly transferable skills, and align you to a successful career path for a bright future at S&P Global .
Responsibilities:
Support MI Compliance mailbox inquiries (including but not limited to managing outside business activities disclosures, gifts & entertainment, and DIO requests)
Support policy drafting, review and approval
Assist in the development and implementation of KRIs and KPIs
Collaborate with Legal, Risk and other business stakeholders to identify, monitor and resolve potential conflicts and/or conduct risks
Assist in the development and implementation of a quarterly MI Compliance Newsletter
Provide maintenance of the MI Compliance internal page
Develop global compliance-related projects and presentations
Provide ad hoc support to the MI Legal, MI Legal Ops, and MI Governance teams
What We're Looking For:
Fully matriculated students with anticipated graduation date in 2025
Strong written and oral communication skills
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite of products, including Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent organization skills
Self-starter with a proactive mentality
Ability to develop relationships with key stakeholders
The successful candidate must be available to start from 17th of June to 23rd of August.
