About our client
Our client, a high-performing VC fund, are looking to hire an Operations Associate to join their growing London team. The fund, which invest across the pan European market has seen a large amount of growth in recent years, raising a number of successful funds and investing into some of the EU's fastest-growing tech businesses. The fund has another fund-raise and new acquisitions lined up for the near future and are now looking to hire a standalone operations associate to oversee a broad remit, including IT/ systems maintenance, compliance, finance, marketing and HR. What the job involves
Dealing with matters in relation to company compliance and corporate governance
Maintaining and developing IT systems and CRM
Responsible for operational aspects of the employee lifecycle including global mobility, systems implementation and onboarding/ offboarding procedures
Assisting with transaction records, keeping processes and project cost reconciliation
Acting as a central coordinator for compliance, HR, accounting and broader operations across the firm
Who we are looking for
Previous experience in a similar operations role, ideally within the Private Markets/ investment advisory space
Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
High level of proficiency in MS Office/ Excel
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines whilst under pressure
Strong communication skills and excellent work ethic
