Due to the technical nature of the position, the right candidate would have demonstrable experience within financial engineering and have strong communication skills to manage all channels of communication from all relevant stakeholders. However, as indicated, there is a certain level of openness to the appointment. As a result, applicants that may not operate within a structuring position but have an engrained interest and have experience selling to institutional investors or greater emphasis/specialism on derivatives products will be considered. This role is open to junior candidates additionally, dependent on academic merit. This provides the successful candidate with exceptional exposure to high profile clients. Requirements:
Previous experience within financial markets (varying degrees of experience to be considered) Fundamental knowledge on structuring financial products (institutional salespersons or derivatives product specialists will also be considered) Experience with complex equity derivatives ideal
