Our client-a recognised private equity real estate fund focused on vertical residential projects-has a unique opportunity to join their top notch team as Head of Asset Management. You will play a pivotal role in optimising and managing the performance of the company's portfolio of residential projects in Mexico. What the job involves
Lead the strategic management of the fund's diverse residential portfolio, aligning with the company's acquisition and operational objectives
Maximize returns for investors and optimize asset performance by performing thorough financial analysis to drive informed decision-making
Identify and implement strategies to maximise potential revenue streams by diverse income-generating opportunities
Ensure streamlined operations and optimal client experiences
Identify and mitigate risks associated with property investments, ensuring compliance and safeguarding investor interests
Develop and implement efficient processes and procedures for the property management team to enhance clients' satisfaction and ensure operational efficiency
Prepare reports and presentations for senior management (key performance metrics, market trends, and strategic recommendations)
Who we are looking for
Solid experience in real estate asset management, ideally garnered in the residential sector
Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, engineering, actuarial sciences, or related field. Postgraduate degree is a plus
Exceptional proficiency in Excel and financial modelling skills
