The firm is now looking to hire an additional member of its investment team at Associate level. This is an exciting opportunity for an investment professional to join their Dusseldorf team with a high degree of deal activity from day one. The role incorporates all aspects of the deal cycle, from origination to execution, with active portfolio involvement. High degree of responsibility from the start, working within a flat hierarchy
Active involvement in deal processes and supporting portfolio companies in strong cooperation with your team
Assessing the viability of investments through financial modelling as well as conducting market and strategic analyses
Environment with a high level of deal activity
Who we are looking for
Strong education record (bachelor's or master's degree) in the field of Finance, Business or Economics
Additional education in software / technology / computer science / information science is a plus
Relevant experience in Investment Banking (M&A), consulting or Big 4
Highly numerate, strong modelling skills and familiarity with relevant contracts
Self-starter with strong interpersonal skills, a team player with hands-on mentality
Native German speaker and excellent English skills are required
