Basic Purpose:
Individual will be responsible for representation of products distributed and marketed by Eaton Vance Distributors in assigned channel and territory.
Primary Responsibilities: - Identify client needs and coordinate efforts to service RIA, family office & multi-family offices in a geographic territory - Strengthen the organization's relationship and cultivate new business prospects by participating in industry events and conferences - Promote investment strategies through frequent meetings and discussions covering investment philosophy, process, and performance - Act as a liaison to the investment management groups ensuring active support of the sales and marketing process - Work in conjunction with an Internal Consultant to fulfill the business plan for the territory - Submit expense reports in a timely manner - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - Minimum of four years financial services experience - Demonstrated sales success and strong job performance - Strong communication skills as well as the ability to work well with a variety of people at all levels of the organization - FINRA Series 7, 79, 63, 65 or 66 licenses required - CFA, CFP Designations preferred - Must be comfortable with technology - Must be comfortable representing complex solutions - Must be extremely motivated and have demonstrated sales success - Team Player
Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $90,000 and $115,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
