What you will be responsible for As AIS Investor Services Team Supervisor, Senior Associate you will
Supervise daily Investor Services processes (investor set up, transactions processing, reporting, communication with 3rd parties, payments processing, etc.)
Demonstrate timely, accurate process of the relevant tasks at all times in accordance with SLAs, operating procedures and legal regulations
Perform independently all tasks described in the relevant procedures and job aids
Ensure a timely update of procedures and Job aids
Support and lead day to day run of the operations executed by the team
Support the Manager in assurance all activities are sufficiently covered at all times, included during sickness and holidays periods
Ensure that the other team members are properly trained
Make recommendations for changes to processes and procedures and prepare documentation for review as required
Take responsibility for personal development and training
Set and maintain standards of personal and professional performance/behavior; ensure staff accountability and adherence to company policies and procedures
Coordinate and implement technical training and development activities for individuals and the team
Monitor the performance of team - provide formal and informal feedbacks to the team members and the team manager
Hold ad hoc 1 to1 with the team members to discuss operational matters if necessary
Support and participate in company committees and initiatives
Take responsibility for the quality of service to assigned client
Plan and manage the daily processes and the effective utilization of resources
Monitor errors and potential breaches; complete relevant documentation and ensure training needs are identified and relevant trainings are carried out. Keep record of all errors and monitor the resolution status
Ensure adherence to Company and Departmental policies and procedures
Develop and maintain good relationships with internal and external clients, colleagues in service support departments and contacts in Donor Sites
Act as a main point of contact for the team
Must have:
Previous Investor Services experience;
Comprehensive procedural, technical and product knowledge of the Investor Services business is required. This should be complemented with a strong understanding of Fund Accounting, Custody and Regulatory background to Funds Industry;
Comprehensive knowledge of systems, including ISS, MyView applications is required;
Strong verbal and written communication skills;
Very good English;
Strong analytical skills;
Excellent administrative, organizational and business support skills, with the ability to multi-task and to work calmly under pressure;
Previous experience with both phone and email communication with Investors and Clients;
Working knowledge of MS Office suite including Excel and Word;
Possess excellent organizational, planning and co-ordination skills;
Ability to perform effectively within strict client deadlines;
Ability to work on your own initiative, developing solutions and providing input to enable effective decision making
Attention to detail and concern for quality
Ability to spot errors and high level of focus on accuracy
Solid understanding of business line and basic understanding of the overall firm, solid understanding of specialized discipline
Nice to have:

Finance, Economics, Accounting or related degree
