The Role:

Who You Are:

• Bachelor's or Masterâ??s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 7+ years of operational experience in the FinTech or financial services industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to implement strategies based on data-driven insights.
• Exceptional knowledge of FinTech operations, technologies, and regulatory requirements.
• Outstanding communication and leadership abilities, capable of motivating and leading a diverse team.
• A proven track record of improving operational efficiencies and implementing scalable processes.
