This role will be part of the Analytics and Transformation team within Global Commercial Lending Management (CLM) Office. The analyst will be providing actionable insights and contributing to the objectives of the organization. It requires good analytical skills to problem solve complex and dynamic stakeholder requirements.
Key Responsibilities include:
Lead large-scale projects by consolidating requirements from business users, designing milestones, and developing reporting per business requirements.
Overseeing migration of data and reporting from legacy systems onto new business intelligent platforms while ensuring high data quality and accuracy.
Analyzing performance of the lending portfolio and generating insights for the Global Head of Commercial Lending Management.
Ownership of a portfolio of Power Query and Tableau reports.
Understand and improve existing processes, data flows, controls, and coordinate with partners and stakeholders.
Review and document data lineage, pinpoint areas of potential problems or improvement.
Generating ad hoc reports.
Critical competencies for Ideal candidate:
Be able to translate the technical aspects of your efforts to business stakeholder.
Resourcefulness and experience managing regulatory requests and deadlines.
Ability to analyze the impact of policy changes across the portfolio with forecasting and projection analytics.
Requires strong experience working with both structured and unstructured data.
Knowledge of design metrics, analytics tools, benchmarking activities, and related reporting to identify best practices, opportunities for improvement, and generating insights.
Prior experience in commercial portfolio analytics.
Qualifications:
Experience working in Financial Services.
4+ years of experience with Business Intelligence tools in development.
4+ years of hands-on experience working with business and technology teams to deliver for users and management.
Practical experience in Tableau.
Knowledge of coding languages such as Power Query, SQL, or Python.
Excellent communication - written and spoken - and interpersonal skills.
Collaborator who is proficient at working effectively on a global team.
