What will you be doing?
Lead the day-to-day management of equities physical replication programs.
Trade across multiple equities and FX markets. Expertise in ETFs vehicles.
Derivatives instruments trading.
Improvement & development of monitoring and reconciliation tools for the portfolios under management.
External coordination with the various funds' stakeholders (Fund administrators, Valuation agent, Custodian, Trustee, Auditors) and internally (middle office, risk management and legal services).
Update of marketing & investment reporting.
Identify areas to improve efficiency and risk control throughout the implementation process, as well as ongoing daily risks mitigation (e.g. maintaining up-to-date procedures, self-reporting errors and following all trade approval checks).
Participate in onsite and external meetings (may require travel).
Stay current on market developments and related literature particularly as it pertains to physical replication strategies.
Strong stakeholder management; excellent communication & influencing skills.
Frame and communicate complex issues simply and concisely with various levels of management.
Work independently and deliver on objectives with limited oversight.
What we're looking for: â?¢ Master's degree in Finance/ Investments Management. â?¢ Experience in physical replication. â?¢ In-depth understanding of equities assets execution and ETFs. â?¢ Expert knowledge of entire investment workflow and associated trading strategies. â?¢ Demonstrated ability to operate successfully with minimal oversight. â?¢ Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills. â?¢ Exercises business judgement and demonstrates strategic thinking. â?¢ Proven ability to multi-task and work effectively and collaboratively in a high paced environment. â?¢ Ability to work independently and in a team environment. â?¢ Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and Bloomberg. â?¢ Fluency both oral and written in French and English. â?¢ Experience in derivatives instruments trading (futures, swaps, options) would be looked up favourably. â?¢ AMF certification is a plus.

This role is deemed as a Certified role and may require the role holder to hold mandatory regulatory qualifications or the minimum qualifications to meet internal company benchmarks.
Where will you be working?
This role will be based in either Paris or Dublin.
